Fushiku is an apparent Staff member of Habbo Australia (.com.au). She seems to just be a normal Staff member, except for the fact that:

• a. she has a badge that shows a white person with an afro with an afro-pick.
• b. Her "tags" include these particular tags: afros and afroducks
